Recipe: Spinach Dip


Spinach Dip


10 oz chopped spinach (I used frozen, thawed it in the microwave, and then drained it and squeezed out the excess water)
1 can water chestnuts chopped fine (I used the food processor)
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
3 green onions chopped
1 generous tsp. dill
1 tbl. parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper


Just mix it all together. Serve in rye or pumpernickel bread bowl with chunks of bread.
